My Building Story
I'm Josh, a mechanical engineering student at the University of Alabama. Building a custom pinball machine brought my interests in mechanical design, electronics, and fabrication together. I enjoy the whole process: designing a mechanism, making the parts, and testing and refining how it works.
Homebrew Pinball Machine
Designed and built a custom electromechanical pinball machine integrating mechanical mechanisms, CAD-modeled assemblies, fabricated components, electronics, embedded controls, and iterative testing.
